Wesat there, in the cover of night. I waiting for the signal, it has to be soon its nearly dawn! Then my eagle dived at the Fortress! We strode forward not attempting to hide ourselves any longer, 100 paces away from the gate we stared. William gave the first order,

“Josh take out the tower guards” and with nothing more Then a nod, he faded to darkness. We heard the faint rustling of the guards and Then silence.

When Josh returned from the fortress, it came alive, we heard the clinking of metal, the shouts of commanders as their ranks formed. We stood there waiting for the inevitable. As we heard the shuffling on the Fortress ramparts, we felt empowered, nothing can stop us now we were to close to our goal. That’s when we heard the swish of a volley, “Brock” Kevin nodded to his brother, Brock begins to chant, suddenly a blue light erupts from the top of his Staff. His eyes an electric blue glow, shocks rupturing the calm air. Then the sound of deflecting arrows above our heads!

“KEVIN! BRING THE GATE DOWN!!!” I shouted over the noise of deflecting arrows and the shouting of men.

“With Pleasure” Kevin strode forth and with a single fist and fire in his eyes smashed the mighty fortress gate to the ground!

The Five of us marched forward as the entire ramparts went silent.

“You smell that, Brothers?” Kevin asked “It’s Fear.” I removed Mastodon’s War-hammer from my back preparing for the best.

“There’s no way He has just mortals to defend him. Did he think we would not come?” William said mockingly.

“Now I just feel insulted.” Replied Brock with a smirk.

That’s when we were surrounded, surrounded by the loud heavy noise of well armored men, Humans. William unsheathed Heavens Hilt, I brandished Mastodon’s War-hammer, Kevin snarled and slammed both Fists together, Josh silently drew in a breath, Brock created an electric pop to the stale night air as he Drew in his magic! “Yes he was a fool to only have mere mortals to protect him now” I said, preparing to feed the hunger for Victory.

“We will have him soon Brothers, very soon.” Josh said in no more then a whisper.

Men began to scream and charge at the Five of us from all around.
